Plastic modular manifold – Platinum P

Manifold consist of:

• 1" connection modules (on request 1 1/4")
• power  modules with flow regulator 
• return modules for manual control or control with use of electrothermal actuator 
• modules with accessories (manual vent valve, thermometer and valve for fill and drain the system)
• plug modules
• set of mounting brackets

• fluids accepted: water, glycol solutions (glycol max: 50%)
• working temperature: 5-55 °C
• max temperature: 90 °C at 3 bar
• working pressure: 0-6 bar
• max pressure: 10 bar
• burst pressure:> 22 bar at room temperature, >15 bar at 50 °C
• MATERIAL: PA12, PA 6.6, POM, PP, PPO, brass non-oxidizing EPDM-vent
• 2 mounting brackets length 235 mm or 210 mm

Information:

• The height of manifold for the spacing beams 210 mm
• According to a standard power beam is mounted in the upper position. On request can be mounted on the bottom of manifold
• Different versions of manifold equipment are possible on customer request.
